Who can have online sessions with you?

Anyone who lives in Tennessee.* I am licensed in Tennessee, so whether you live in Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, the Tri-Cities or anywhere in between, you can meet with me online.

What do I need for an online session?

A private space, a phone or computer with a camera, and a reliable internet connection. The video platform is HIPAA-appropriate and there is nothing to install.

Is online therapy as effective as in person?

For most people, yes. The relationship and the work are the same, so choose whatever lets you show up consistently. If you would rather meet face to face, you can switch to the Brentwood office at any time.

Are online sessions private?

Yes. Sessions are confidential, the video platform is HIPAA-appropriate, and private pay keeps your care off insurance records. Your part is a closed door and a quiet room.

How do I book, and what does it cost?

Book a 30-minute consultation online or call (615) 448-5800. Sessions are $200 for 60 minutes and $300 for 90 minutes, the same as in person. I am private pay, provide superbills on request, and HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

* Life is fluid. If you aren't sure whether you can do remote sessions due to your current situation, contact me to find out the best solution for you.
